SOLVIS-EU MADE MODULES UNAFFECTED BY THE POTENTIAL ANTI-DUMPING DUTIES IMPOSED BY EUROPEAN COMMISSION

Solvis_novosti

SOLVIS is a photovoltaic modules producer based in Croatia. We would like to inform you that if you  buy photovoltaic modules from SOLVIS, the duties regarding imports of crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules and key components (i.e. cells and wafers) originating or consigned from the People’s Republic of China (due to 5 March 2013, the COMMISSION REGULATION (EU) no. 182/2013) will not be imposed on you!.
The regulation has been adopted as part of the anti-dumping and anti-subsidy proceedings concerning imports of crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules and key components (i.e. cells and wafers) originating from the People’s Republic of China. The Commission found sufficient prima facie evidence that the low-priced imported products were being dumped and subsidized, hence causing significant damage to the European Union’s industry. The Regulation directs the Customs authorities to take the appropriate steps to register the imports of the named products from the People’s Republic of China into the European Union. Pursuant to the anti-dumping and anti-subsidy legislation of the European Union, duties may be levied retroactively on all registered imports – after the date of publication of the Regulation.
